Prior to the start of any project, we pre-planned and break down the project into different tasks and delegate each tasks to our team of workers with different skills and capacities. CELLES BUILDER is an integrated and comprehensive construction, renovation, home builders, waterproofing and water-plugging company.
All our quality Site Supervisors are from Ipoh and have at least 15 years of hands-on house building and construction experiences.
How are we different from others? As most people have known, traditional Chinese home builders (old uncles) from Ipoh are of highest quality and standards. Houses built by these old-timers rarely have complaints and these houses never have water leaking and water seeping problems. This is due to the fact that these old-timers from Ipoh have instilled the quality of proven traditional house-building skills into their work.
We made our presence here in Southern Malaysia, since we discovered the poor workmanship and bad quality of houses built here. This is true especially for Melaka, Seremban and Johor.

We put intimate care in our work, caring and treating our customer's home as our own. That's why we put extra human-touch and thoughfulness in our work even when we drilling a hole between wall for air-con (inside) and compressor (outside). Why? You may ask. Well, simply because if the hole is too big, hair-line cracks may happen. And we conceal the air-con hole nicely as it's part of the wall. Another example: Our horizontal beam is molded one single piece continuously without join, even when the beam is 20 feet or more in length. Often times, many of our customers reflected to us that we took a bit longer completion time on the job when we are compared with other competitors. We won't deny this. It's true that for the same task, we may take 2 weeks extra or longer time to finish. The reason being that we wanted to have a higher quality work delivered to our customers. Moreover, since we are builders with excellent care, quality and thoughtfulness, we observe every tiny steps to extend our quality service even in fixing issues that was inherited from the developer (non-related to us. i.e. we have discovered our customer's original plumbing system has wrong connection whereby customers' watertank was being connected to adjacent neighbour house, we fixed this for our customer. This is one of many examples we have done more for our customer than they could possibly imagine). By the way, we also not to wash any of the constructon materials at nearest possible bathroom, toilet bowl or basin, we took extra precautions and extra steps to ensure our customer's interest is taken care of; all these are the reasons why we need extra time in completion of our championed project. Our quality workmanship has a slow-going but steady-pacing quality progression. At the end of the day, our customer will benefit from this with satisfactory smile.

I am satisfield with their work. I am working in Singapore, this is a newly purchased home and I don't have anyone to help me follow up on the renovation progress. To my surprise, Celles Builder has Whatsapp me daily progress pictures and videos at the end of each working day. Unfortunately for me that my house renovation was delayed by bad weather (rain) almost every day.

Before I engaged Celles Builder, I have looked for two local contractors. The first contractor is giving a lousy job and was stopped by me. My uncle introduced this contractor to me for renovation of my subsale house which I've purchased for my beauty and cosmetics business. I get quotation from 2 different contractors to compare with this company. I was shocked to find out that their price is so much different from one of the most expensive ones. One of our contractors on our prominent housing project was quitting abruptly on the project. We have then given Celles short notices to assist us on taking over and finish the remaining jobs on the project. Although there is a little hiccups initially due to different operative measures, but at the end of the project, it is on time for delivery. My house extension. A friend recommended them. They don't talk much. And they don't like you to treat them lunch. Which I think is a very good culture. One of their workers has even offer to help me fixed my plumbing problem.
